Terms of Use

By downloading or using HoldLevel you agree to these terms. On iOS, your license to use the app is Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA); these terms add to it. On Android, the app is licensed to you under these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

What HoldLevel is — and isn't

• HoldLevel is a self-tracking companion for adults (18+) tapering off GLP-1 medication with their clinician.
• It is not medical advice, not a medical device, and never generates or suggests doses. Your taper plan always comes from your prescriber, and decisions about medication belong to you and your clinician.
• It is deliberately not designed for people in eating-disorder recovery; the app screens for this during onboarding and points to better resources.

Subscriptions

• HoldLevel Pro costs $9.99/month or $69.99/year (local prices may vary). Some plans include a 7-day free trial.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel any time in your device's subscription settings (App Store: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Google Play: Menu → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies.

Your data

Your health data stays on your device; there are no accounts and nothing is sold or shown to advertisers. Export or erase everything from Settings at any time. Details are in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

The app is for your personal, non-commercial use. Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse it, and don't rely on it in any situation where a tracking error could cause harm.

Disclaimers

HoldLevel is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caffeinated Innovations LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the date above changes and we announce it in the app. Continuing to use HoldLevel after a change means you accept the updated terms.
